If you’re aged 40 to 74, you could be invited for a free NHS Health Check.
It’s a simple check that helps you spot early signs of heart disease, stroke, diabetes, or kidney problems.
The check takes about 20 to 30 minutes. We’ll ask some questions about your health, and measure your blood pressure, weight, height, and cholesterol.
You’ll get your results straight away and advice on how to keep your heart healthy.
